What Does AHRC Do?

These projects and events are "things planned" for the second 6 months of the current Rotary year, which began July 1, 2007 and ends on June 30, 2008.  This page will be updated (what the club "plans" to do will change to what the club "did") as the year progresses.

The club's "plans" (some have already come to fruition) include: Exceptionally Interesting Weekly Speakers/Programs; An "All Club" Visition to hear R.I. President-elect D.K. Lee (Seoul, Korea); Painting Project for Canyon Acres Children's and Family Services; Hosting a Hospitality Suite at the District Convention; Supporting Lobsterfest; Construction Project for Oak Canyon Nature Center; International Service Projects (considering Mexico & Israel); Polio Immunization Days in Caborca, Senora, Mexico; Pre-PETS & PETS; RYLA camp; Canyon Pride Day; Speech Contest; District Assembly; Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament; Heritage Day; Social Event(s) via Avenue of Service-Club Service; Rotary International Convention 2008-Los Angeles; and more....
